Activity properties

Field name remarks
Subject -
Location -
Activity type This can be either an appointment or task.
Status The contents of this field can be altered by selecting a different value from the drop down menu.
Priority -
Recurrence -
Queue -
Assignee -
Related ticket This property is displayed as a hyperlink to allow you to easily navigate to the related ticket.

Time properties

Scheduled start time -
Scheduled end time -
Scheduled duration -
Actual start time -
Actual end time -
Actual duration The contents of this field can be altered by entering a value (minutes) which will be converted to hours and minutes.

Note properties

You will be able to add, edit or delete notes.

Person This property is displayed as a hyperlink to allow you to easily navigate to the person details to look into their file.
Group This property is displayed as a hyperlink to allow you to easily navigate to the group details to look into the history.
Organization This property is displayed as a hyperlink to allow you to easily navigate to the organization details to look into the history.
