Attachments¶
Service Hub will allow you to add, view and delete attachments related to various topics. You can add attachments to:
- Ticket events
- Persons
- Groups
- Organizations
- Appointments
- Tasks
Adding attachments to tickets
It is not possible to add attachments to tickets directly, instead you will have to add an event first to have the ability to add the attachment to that event.
Add attachments¶
Whenever you click the attachments tab or when you are adding an event, a section will appear where you will be able to add attachments. A text can be seen saying "Drop files here or click to upload", as soon as you add the first attachment the text will disappear.
You can drag multiple attachments or you can decide to do this one by one. Even though you see an overview of the attachments you have added, they will only be added when you select the "Add" button. When you press "Cancel" the attachments will never be actually uploaded and will be removed again.

View or download attachments¶
Opening an attachment is done by double clicking the attachment, depending on the browser you are using it will either download the file or ask if you want to open it directly using a specific application.
Remove attachments¶
When you are adding attachments you can immediately see that, before pressing the "Add" button, you can remove the attachments by pressing the link displayed below the attachment. When you are viewing the list of attachments you can multi select the rows and press the "delete" button which appears in the bottom right.
Removing attachments in tickets and events
It is not yet possible to remove existing attachments in tickets or events yet. This will be added in a future release.
