Custom lists

In Service Hub lists are used to manage and organize your contacts and your workload (tickets & activities). In this section we will provide a detailed overview of how you can configure your own custom lists.

Your custom lists are displayed and accessible by clicking the cogwheel in the bottom of the screenq. Custom lists can be created for the following items:

  • People
  • Groups
  • Organizations
  • Tickets
  • Activities
  • Assets

Contact lists

Lists created for people, groups and organizations are grouped and displayed underneath the contacts topics.

Creating a new list

Press the Add-icon Icon plus to create a new list.
Press the Copy-icon Icon content-copy to create a copy of a selected list.

General properties

Here you will be able to provide the name of the list you are creating and the related topic. Also you will be able to enable the custom list so it will be listen in the related topic. In The Notes you will be able to add additional remarks.

Query builder

In the query builder you will have a lot of options to narrow down the results listed in your sutom list. By pressing the plus icon you can add new rows which are AND or OR clauses.
