Introduction

Service Hub is a web-based SaaS application that runs in a web browser on your desktop or mobile device.

Make sure your system meets or exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for your operating system (Windows or Mac OS X). Please refer to the Microsoft or Apple website for the requirements.

Service Hub is tested against the following web browsers running in Windows or Mac OS X. Your browser must be a stable release version, Service Hub is not tested against Alpha/Beta/Nightly/Development builds of the mentioned browsers. This applies to all browsers, regardless of operating system.

Best UX

Our testing suggests that Google Chrome provides the best user experience when running Service Hub.

  • Google Chrome: latest version only
  • Microsoft Edge: latest version only
  • Mozilla Firefox: latest version only
  • Apple Safari: latest version only

Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported by Service Hub.

Browser settings

  • JavaScript must be enabled
  • Cookies must be enabled

Browser plugins

Browser plugins and extensions installed may influence the UX of Service Hub. In case you experience any inconveniences please disable all browsers plugins and extensions.


Mobile & tablet devices

  • iPhone and iPad: Apple Safari on IOS 10.x or higher
  • Android devices: Google Chrome on Android 7.1 or higher

Available functionality

When using a mobile device some functionality might not be available, i.e. the custom list builder, due to the limited available screen real-estate.
